I had an early morning emergency and was seen by the dentist at this office as soon as I walked in even though I had no appointment. The front desk was very friendly and professional, and my issue was taken care of by one of the dentists so I can return back to work now.. Thank you so much for your great help and professionalism!
Emergency situation (for me), not a previous patient, cracked and separated tooth over holiday weekend. Called first thing upon opening, was in the chair being taken care of at 10:00am. Dr. Yanez is outstanding along with the team that assisted. Pain management was priority, experienced, efficient and super patient focused. Humor along with all this really helped. Changing dentists moving forward, along with family.
I am really impressed with Grand Dental! I called this morning with a dental emergency and I was able to get in within an hour. I don’t like pain and they completely took care of it. I couldn’t be more satisfied! I’m glad this is my dentist!
